Delicious Doodles DT Call

Teri over at Delicious Doodles has decided to put together a DT.  This post is for my entry for that position.

From her website:

Well folks, Delicious Doodles has been official for a year now, and during that time I have made all of my own sample cards to promote my images. But my ideas get a bit stale sometimes, as you can well imagine! LOL.

I have decided it is about time I got myself a proper Design Team to help me out.

So, if you fancy working with my images and helping me to promote Delicious Doodles, then please get in touch by EMAIL (address is in my sidebar in the welcome section). I hope to get round and acknowledge you all individually.

You should include a few details about yourself and your style of crafting.

I would also love it if you could make a post about my DT Call, and pop a few samples of your best works in that post too. Please link this post in your email so I can come and visit your blog and see what yumminess you create.

This will be a permanent posting, for as long as you wish to stay.

You get to play with any of my images that you want, and have access to my new images before anyone else!! There is no challenge blog at the moment, but I may start one in later months, so I want you to be aware of that.

Above all I want you to have fun creating with my images!

Teddy Bear Thanks

This is for the DT call at the Southern Girls Challenge blog.  They said to use your favorite things, and well teddy bears, lace and flowers are some of my favorite things.

Keep buzzin'

I kept this one pretty simple...partly because it was so late last night when I was working on it ;)  I have such a thing for flowers and pearls.  These heart pearls were supposed to be hooked together in a strand, but I took them apart so I could make 'em stretch ;)

 Challenges:

Stampin' Sisters In Christ:  create a card of apology or one reaching out to someone and encouraging them to put the past behind them and move forward

A Speedy Recovery

And this is the card I made for the other gentleman from church who just had surgery.  Whew!  I think I'm finally finished with those "Get Well" cards.  :)  My hubby came in my craft room when I was picking out my paper for this project and he thought my color choices were too girly...but after I finished it, even he said it wasn't as feminine as he thought it would be.  The mauvish color is not as light in person.  It's actually a pretty dark mauve, but because it's shimmery paper, it photographs lighter.

Entered in the following challenges:

Pear Tree:  Male

Rosie D:  folds

Anything challenge:  folds

Penny's Challenges:  anything goes

Secret Crafter:  Man

Another Thinking of You card

I seem to be needing a lot of these lately...lol.

I used another image from Beccy's Place.   I really love her images.  I think they're so sweet.
